Terms of Sale & Use

1. What we sell

We sell printed and bound compilations of Cambridge IGCSE, A-Level and Checkpoint past year papers, with mark schemes where stated in the product description. Each product page lists the series (years) and papers included.

We are an independent seller and are not affiliated with or endorsed by Cambridge University Press & Assessment. Cambridge and IGCSE are their trademarks.

2. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• Shipping is calculated at checkout from your postcode and parcel weight, and shown before you pay.
• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive our order confirmation email.
• If a price is shown wrongly because of an obvious error, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Printing and delivery

• Papers are printed and bound to order, then posted from Kuala Lumpur with tracked delivery.
• We aim to post orders within 2-3 working days of payment. Delivery usually takes 1-3 working days in Peninsular Malaysia and 3-7 working days to Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan after posting.
• We email your tracking number once your parcel is posted.
• Please check your delivery address before paying. If a parcel is returned because of an incorrect address, re-delivery may be charged.
• We currently deliver within Malaysia only.

4. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Because every order is printed specially for you, we cannot accept returns or refunds for a change of mind once printing has started. You can cancel for a full refund before your order is printed: contact us as soon as possible.

We will replace your order or refund you in full if:

• pages are missing, blank, misprinted or the binding is faulty;
• you received a different series or paper from what you ordered; or
• the parcel arrives damaged, or is lost in transit.

Please tell us within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and photos of the problem. We will arrange a replacement or refund to your original payment method, usually within 7 working days of approval. This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

5. Your account

• You can buy as a guest or create an account. Accounts must be verified by email before use.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account.
• We may suspend accounts that are used fraudulently or to abuse the website.

6. Using the papers

The printed papers are for your personal study and revision. Please do not copy, scan, resell or share them commercially.

7. Website content and liability

We take care that product descriptions are accurate, but small differences in cover design or page layout may occur. Past papers help with exam practice; we cannot guarantee any exam result.

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page when you place your order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
